Welcome to the AlphaNet FAQ page!
Here, you'll find answers about the signup process, token distribution, logging in with your EVM address, and more. For updates, follow us on X and join our official Telegram channel.
If you signed up in time for our secret page using a code, you will receive two emails.
The first email has already been sent out. You will receive a second email when your address has been whitelisted. After the second email you will be able to get AlphaNet tokens to play with.
Further details here.
The second email will be sent later, in batches.
Do not worry, if you received the first email and have it in your inbox; you will receive a second email when you are whitelisted.
We are sending the emails gradually to gather real-time feedback, make improvements, and then get more eyes on the updated features.
This tutorial explains how to recover emails from the spam (Junk) folder and move them back to your inbox using Gmail, and the steps are similar for most other email clients too.
On the Web App:
Open Gmail.
Scroll down the left sidebar with all your folders.
Click More if needed to reveal additional folders, then find and click Spam.
To recover, select the email and click Not spam at the top. This will move it back to your inbox.
See the tutorial here with images.
Make sure the EVM address you provided when you signed up to the secret page is the one youβre trying to login with.
You can report it here.
